A listing on the site makes the product available to Dynamic Channels Advisers. Fees cover administration of the listing, updates, and on-boarding of Dynamic Channels Associate partners. A MarketPlace Listing, which includes PRM tools, comes form PartnerStack and is available for about Euro 1,500/month.
CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT FEES
Companies need channels developed and Dynamics Channels provides this as a service, which is faster, cheaper, and more scalable than full-time employees. Companies pay a fixed rate, per day retained, and a success fee in the form a variable commission for senior positions.
Program Development services are delivered from our partner. through their advisory assisted self-service online courses. Deliverables include partner program materials, channel programs, product licensing, or marketing direction.
FAQ'S FOR ADVISERS
"Partners" who join in with Dynamic Channels are not "Partners", in the legal sense. This is not a "partnership" with each person owning a part of the firm.
Rather it is people working together in a loose form partnership, like: fellow lawyers, real estate agents, or recruiting agents. Each working on his own, sharing/outsourcing work to other "partners".
Thus, there is no legal structure offered, just a form of collaboration. To avoid confusion, we call the members associated with Dynamic Channels, "Advisers"...not partners.
WHAT IS DYNAMIC CHANNELS?
Dynamic Channels Associates is network of business development professionals collaborating together.
As would be common to other “agency models”, like that in real estate, staffing, or sports agencies, Dynamic Channels is the company web site. It runs a Listing Service for apps that that get recruited to site for Recruiting Services and/or MarketPlace listing.
WHAT VALUE DOES DYNAMIC CHANNELS BRING ADVISERS?
The idea of collaborating together (strength and credibility in numbers) is the whole premise for collaborating under Dynamic Channels, rather than working alone.
WHAT DOES DYNAMIC CHANNELS OFFER THE MARKET?
Dynamic Channels offers two things, both billable: Listing Services and Channel Development Services. And it does that “Purely [for firms offering] Business Apps”.
Dynamic Channels Advisers can find “Listings” to be represented by Dynamic Channels Associates and those are posted to the Dynamic Channels site. The Listing Partner then “sells” a package of Channel Development Services.
WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIALS FOR ADVISERS...?
Simply, it works like this...
Advisers get companies listed.
Listed companies have their product exposed to the network of Dynamic Channels Associate partners. Advisers can then represent the products and perform Channel Development Services.
Dynamic Channels Advisers can work independently and/or with fellow partners in the performance of Channel Development Services sold to and delivered for Listed Products.
These Channel Development Services help firms develop channel partners for their product. Work is performed by Advisers in the network, on a daily rate basis plus variable commission of 20% from eventual sales.
The Listing Partner, who finds/recruits the Listed Product, manages the Listed Product and delivery of the Channel Development Services commissioned.
The revenue is split between Advisers on 90%/10% basis.
- The Listing Adviser gets 10%.
- Performing Adviser gets 90%.
- An Adviser can perform both sides and keep 100% of the consulting revenue.
Work is commissioned at standard and fixed daily rate consulting of $500 per day (minimum of 1 day per month).
Dynamic Channels will handle all the billing and accounting and provide the operating framework, but the Listing Adviser manages the engagement with the client for the Channel Development Services sold.
The Listing Partner engages the Performing Adviser, having first ensured fellow Partners’ commitment to the project.
WHY PARTNER WITH DYNAMIC COMMNUNITIES? WHY NOT JUST DO THIS ALONE?
Join as a Dynamic Channels Adviser because there is strength in numbers and credibility in having a team.
If a firms want one person to do the work, they will opt to hire that person directly and bring that resource in house – just like a firm does when they staff their own internal HR department with recruiters.
Thus, our target market is NOT large firms, but rather small, owner-run software firms.
WHAT DOES DYNAMIC CHANNEL BRING TO THE TABLE FOR CLIENTS?
Dynamic Channels brings a network of people, in a variety of regions, offering a vast set of skills and relationships which can be tapped for faster start-up and quicker time to result than hiring an individual. It’s cheaper and faster than hiring the resource and more dedicated than leaving the channel to chance.
For example, just looking at language alone, with Dynamic Channels a firm can engage 40 hours per week that gets split across people, speaking different languages and working in different regions, concurrently.
WHAT IS THE COST TO GET STARTED WITH DYNAMIC CHANNELS?
There is no cost to get stated as a partner Adviser with Dynamic Channels .
For clients, the Listing is provided for a nominal fee of $2,000 per month, This gets their product listed (exposed and made available) to the network of partner Advisers and also include PRM tools from PartnerStack.
There are additional Performance fees of 20% success fee on any eventual sales and 500 per day on any dedicated services request.
WHERE DOES THE LISTING FEE GO?
The Listing Fee is used to pay for the SaaS software and listing provided by PartnerStack.
The companies who List Products are offered Channel Development services, which are then delivered by our Partner who specializes in program development.
WHAT ARE THE SERVICES OFFERED TO CLIENTS?
The Channel Development services involve a few different function, but principally it is : good old fashion partner recruiting. Advisers will use “referral codes” and “track” opportunities in a CRM.
In addition, Listed companies can request help in development of their Channel Program, or ad-hoc marketing services.
All services are billed at the rates indicated on the site.
WHAT IS THE REVENUE MODEL?
There is a standard billing structure as note noted on the site.
Travel expenses are covered by clients up to pre-approved limits.
WHAT IS THE BUSINESS MODEL?
As common to the world of real estate agencies or the phenomenally successful IMG (formerly William Morris talent agency), Dynamic Channels Associates is an agency that performs two basic roles: listing and selling.
Partner Advisers are free to focus on either side of the business. Retaining listings or recruiting channel.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LISTING ADVISER AND PERFORMING ADVISER?
An Adviser can either recruit companies as listings or perform services for Listed Companies, or function as both at the same time.
Listing Partner - he finds the products and sells the company on “getting listed” and Dynamic Channels services.
The Performing Partner - performs the work of recruiting channel partners for the Listed Products and/or helps build channel programs.
HOW IS REVENUE SPLIT? HOW DOES AN ADVISER MAKE MONEY?
Dynamic Channels will do the accounting, billing and payments, Advisers split all the Performance revenue between themselves (10% for the Listing Partner and 90% of the Performing Partner).
That is to say, if someone is both Listing and Performing Partner, he keeps 100% of the revenue.
For example, a Listing Partner who finds a product for a listing in USA and works with a Performing Partner (in Europe), that Listing Partner would get 10% of any revenue that comes from the efforts of a Performing Partner to build the channel in the EU.
By virtue of this mechanism, Listing Partners can get selected products posted to Dynamic Channels (target acceptance criteria to be defined) and then perform the Channel Development Services themselves and/or engage with other Dynamic Channels Associates to help deliver the Channel Development Services.
