Terms & Guarantee
By purchasing this service, you understand and agree with the following. We guarantee to release all contacts to you within 10 days of the close of the event and hand-off all leads, including a call report and all available contact details. We guarantee to spend the time (maximum 8 hours) to complete the Offering On-Boarding and to solicit meetings, in advance. We will guarantee to be physically present at the event, representing your product in all pre-arranged one-on-one meetings. While we will strive to confirm and reconfirm meetings with prospect, we can not be held responsible for last minute cancellations of meetings – which are an ordinary part of business at the events. We guarantee to be physically present at the Microsoft event in the open commons areas of the trade show floor, representing your product with appropriate prospects during the opening hours of the event – excluding times allocated for keynote speeches and general sessions. Unless you have retained the Dedicated Representation package, you understand that we at Dynamic Channels may be representing other products, both at the event and even in the same presentation/conversation with prospective partners, alongside and with your product and offering. While we will do our best and guarantee a best-effort level of service, where there are no guarantees in sales or lead generation, in general, we can not provide any service level or performance based guarantees - not of any kind. We reiterate our commitment to actively represent your product; however, refunds will be provided only in the case of non-delivery of service, excluding Force Major situations. There are no results based refunds or refunds of any kind, not even if you cancel the service in advance. All orders and payment must be complete three weeks in advance of the start of the event to provide for adequate preparation. All sales are final after 24 hours.

Travel Expenses
Client is responsible for reimbursement of all travel expenses, to be pre-approved with a budgetary estimate in advance. Expenses will be billed to client at actual cost, no mark-up. Cost conscious choices are utilized for airline tickets, hotels, meals, etc..
